Vulnerable Sector Check Requirement

I acknowledge and agree that submission of a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required for all coaches with Elmvale Minor Baseball. The VSC must be issued within the past three (3) years and submitted to EMB. If I require a new VSC, I understand that I must contact EMB by email to obtain the necessary VSC Letter.
